Services not included in the Partially funded category:

• Flight tickets are not included in Partially funded category
• Additional meals, and transportation not related to official activities
• Airport transfer on your return

• Once all categories of delegates have confirmed their participation, we will contact you if any additional information is needed. It is important to provide accurate information and confirm your genuine interest in attending.
• Please note that once you have submitted the information, it cannot be modified. Therefore, ensure that you provide valid details and confirm your attendance at the Young Leaders Sustainability Week 2025.
• Kindly select your funded category as per your selection. We have your record, and providing inaccurate information on the form may result in disqualification from attending the event.

• Delegates needing travel assistance can obtain details by contacting at the official email or WhatsApp number of organization. Further team will give you a official team member contact if you need any details or help in travelling process.
• Participants are advised to arrange their own transportation to the airport after the conclusion of the event but our organizing team will be available for your assistance. We will provide you with the hotel booking details upon receiving your confirmation form.
• IIMPs has implemented a policy to not support participants who fail to comply with the instructions regarding the conference package and other services.
• In the event of any violations, IIMPs reserves the right to make necessary decisions based on the circumstances. These decisions are final and cannot be challenged at any stage.
