Services Excluded from the Self Funded Category:

Please note that regardless of the selected participation category, the following services are not included:

• All delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for their own airfare.
• Only the meals provided as per the official event agenda are included; any extra meals or personal dining expenses are not covered.
• Transportation that is not directly related to official event activities, including airport transfers on your return journey, is not provided.
• Any personal expenses incurred during the event, such as laundry, leisure activities, or personal purchases, are not included.
• The accommodation provided is based on shared occupancy, and any requests for private rooms or upgrades will incur additional charges.
• Costs for travel outside of the official event dates are not included.
• Any fees associated with visa applications, processing, or travel documentation are the delegate’s responsibility.
• Travel, health, or event insurance is not provided; delegates are advised to secure appropriate insurance coverage independently.
• Expenses such as tips, baggage fees, customs duties, and other unforeseen costs are not covered.
• Any optional excursions or activities not included in the official itinerary are the delegate’s responsibility.
• Expenses for phone, internet, or other personal communication during the event are not included.
• Any additional materials, services, or upgrades beyond the standard event package are not provided.
• Any applicable taxes, service fees, or additional administrative charges imposed by local authorities or service providers are not included.
• Delegates are responsible for any fees or charges associated with currency conversion during payment.

• Please note that once you have submitted the information, it cannot be modified. Therefore, ensure that you provide valid details and confirm your attendance at the Young Leaders Sustainability Week 2025.
• Kindly select your funded category as per your selection. We have your record, and providing inaccurate information on the form may result in disqualification from attending the event.

• Participants are advised to arrange their own transportation to the airport after the conclusion of the event but our organizing team will be available for your assistance. We will provide you with the hotel booking details upon receiving your confirmation form.
• IIMPs has implemented a policy to not support participants who fail to comply with the instructions regarding the conference package and other services.
• In the event of any violations, IIMPs reserves the right to make necessary decisions based on the circumstances. These decisions are final and cannot be challenged at any stage.
